Too much AP Calculus on the mind... (Actually, I did it more out of embarrassment than actual nerd-ness) But anyways, I decided it was time to get back to good enough shape to prepare for marathon training. (August 3rd) So here was today's workout:
So I finished about 1/2 of the workout with about 80% of their recommended weight... and it sucked (in a good way). I might not be walking tomorrow. Boy, those Navy SEALs are intense.
