That should hold ya.

In case anyones actually reading this, and isnt used to not seeing a post for weeks at a time, here's a list of movies to check out when you're bored...
My personal picks:
Action
The Warriors - classic, and oddly funny
Battle Royale - Gotta use subtitles with this one, but it's worth it. Crazy setting and plot, like many other movies on this list
District B13 - Another movie that you'll need subtitles with, unless you speak French... This film highlights the art of Parkour with all sorts of crazy chase scenes.
Leon : The Professional - A hitman takes a young Natalie Portman under his wings, reluctantly. A creepy/awkward relationship begins
Wasabi - Practically the same story as Leon, but this time, the main character has to take care of a 19 year old Japanese girl. Won't make you feel as dirty as The Professional will.
The Boondock Saints - Awesome vigilante movie, just check it out already.

Drama
The Mist - Wow, this movie really stirred up emotions. Just watch it and you'll see. Pretty much all the emotions are there: Fear, anger, despair. All but the good emotions.
12 Angry Men - The only black and white movie that I really enjoyed. And the only movie on this list that has almost no action of the violent variety at all. Bravo.
Comedy (stand-up: check em out on youtube if you can't find 'em anywhere else)
Mitch Hedberg - Awesome 1-liners with a very unique presentation
The Amazing Jonathan - Awesome magical comedy
Flight of the Conchords - Awesome musical comedy
Russell Peters - Awesome stereotypical/almost racist comedy

Well, knock yourselves out. I hope I helped someone find some new favorites.

P.S. if anyone's really bored, watch Donnie Darko. Then explain what the movie was about. Then realize you wasted 113 minutes of your life.
I don't understand what its about or why its rated so high on IMDB or why so many people say its their favorite. I would like to know... kthxbai

Already missing it

It feels pretty good to be free. No lie. But I haven't done any sort of math in weeks...  So here we go:

My phoning stats on my Samsung alias:
Total calls: 822
Total airtime: 814 minutes
Average call length: 59.4 seconds
63% of calls were received with the average length of 70 seconds
37% of calls were dialed with the average length of 41 seconds
74% of airtime was spent on calls received
26% of airtime was spent on calls dialed

So I guess what this means is, I don't call very often... and when I do, it's all business.  I'm pretty sure no one can beat my short average call length, dollar to anyone who can with proof.  So do your own math and see if you're needy (high percentage of calls were dialed) or if you're needed (other way... obviously)

p.s. congrats c/o 2008! Check out the tassels:
From left to right: Iced out "status tassel" (Dunno why I have it, I didn't order it), Gold GPA tassel (I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty proud), the classic (psh, lame... who doesn't have one of these? oh... sorry Casey [ULTRA BURN]), and finally the retro (which I just found while packing for vacation).

So I was wondering what to do with the rest of my life at dinner today. We were at a seafood restaurant, and suddenly my gaze came upon  a beautiful piece of art (yeah, it literally came upon it... up on it and all over it. nasty). It must have cost a fortune:
(Sorry for the crappy shot, but I was too lazy to stand up, or crop the picture...) Basically, its a picture of four colorful fish, with the word "fish" repeated six times around the border. Very fitting for a seafood restaurant.  So anyways, I thought that being an artist would be cool. Selling pieces of crap like those fish would make me feel like a con-man though. A four year old could paint that... The artist was even bold enough to sign his name: Maqseman. Never heard of him and now I know why.

Finally time to update? Part II

For reals this time...

So high school is practically over, and I'm enjoying this freedom.  There's this freedom to do anything... like blogging whenever I want. (as if school was holding me back before, hah, I'm such a joker)
Here's an original image:
Yeah... that's right... It's slanted because strange angles are artistic....
But anyways, that's our yearbook... Cool huh? I guess it's kinda like a robotic eye and the whole thing has a carbon fiber feel to it, because eventually everything will evolve into robots with super light and super strong alloy skins....

What else has happened in the past month? I've been hunting for treasure with Indy:
Go get one: every box of cocoa krispies, I know you want to. (It lights up! Breakfast in the dark at last!)

What else have I been up to?

Beating some games that have been unbeaten on my shelf for a year now.
BTW, anyone looking to sell a DS or an Xbox 360?

So while looking for my adapter card to upload all these original shots from my 1.3 megapixel phone-camera:
I stumbled across an ancient relic... Indy would be proud:

That's right....32 giant megabytes. Just so you know, that's actually 22 floppies worth of data. That's some amazing technology.
All those pics are for you, you goddamn hypster.

Back to the usual youtube vids + commentary: Pretty damn cool
I want some giant glass balls...

If you're looking for college laptops, this should be of interest.
Can't go wrong with a free iPod touch. What an incentive!
