Can I survive on a 2000 calorie diet? Can a 200+ pound*, muscular, previously active, now lethargic, hopefully soon to be active again man survive on 2000 calories... (is that a run-on?) Yeah, easily. (If we're talking 2000 calories per meal, then yeah...) 2000 calories/day? Now that is questionable. But, of course I'm going to try. And this is while following the plan to a hundred pushups and running 20 minutes daily. So it looks like I'm going to be filling myself with gallons of water and a ton of gum. (I'm sure if gum takes seven years to digest it's a great tool to utilize for anyone trying to curb their hunger.)The more thought I put to it, the more unlikely it seems, so for now, goodnight. I'll check back in tomorrow with my results from day 1.
